SUMMARY:Cub Quest at Camp Tahuaya
DESCRIPTION:Cub Quest is an advancement-focused Saturday packed with fun and engaging activities for Cub Scouts! Scouts will rotate through three program sessions\, giving them the opportunity to earn up to three Adventure Loops or Pins. Meal service will be available for purchase\, and every Cub Quest weekends will also feature optional\, non-advancement activities Saturday evening and Sunday morning for even more fun. Overnight accommodations are available for those who want to extend the experience. Participants may attend as a Pack\, a Den\, or as individual families. \n\nTicket Prices: \nYou must choose at least one ticket.  If a youth is going to the Cub Quest Camp\, you will need to purchase a Cub Quest Ticket to participate in the activities at Camp Tahuaya.  If a youth is also camping and eating with the Pack\, you will need to purchase a camping and food ticket.  An adult or non-participant ticket cost $0.  A ticket still needs to be purchased for Camp Tahuaya.  If the adult or non-participant is camping and eating with the Pack\, you will need also purchase a camping and food ticket.  If a youth\, adult or non-participant is not camping or eating with the Pack\, a camping and food ticket does not need to be purchased but you still need to purchase a Cub Quest Ticket.  If you or your scout wants to purchase a Cub Quest Patch\, a separate ticket for the Cub Quest Patch will need to be purchased.  If you want to rent a family tent or cabin\, use code SCOUTS25 on Camp Tahuaya’s website for a discounted rate available for scouts and families.  An ONLY FOOD ticket will need to be purchased for each person if you plan to eat with the Pack but camp in one of the other facilities at Camp Tahuaya (Family cabin or tent). \n\nCub Quest Ticket: $25 per youth – Until 6/9/26\nAdults/Youth Non-participant Ticket: No Cost but each person needs a ticket – Until 6/9/26\nCamping for Youth or Adult: $25 each covers food and camping with the pack for Friday\, Saturday and Sunday – Until 6/9/26\nOnly Food for Youth or Adult: $15 each covers food for Friday\, Saturday and Sunday for Adult or Scouts – Until 6/9/26\n\nCub Quest Patch: $2 per person (Optional add-on at check-out) – Until 6/9/26

DESCRIPTION:Spend a night at Space Center Houston during our Overnight Experiences\n\n\n\n\nSpend a night surrounded by space!\n\n\n\n\nPricing | $79.95 per child and $69.95 per adult\n\n\n\n\nSpace Center Houston Overnight Experiences offer unique hands-on STEM activities\, letting you explore science\, technology\, engineering\, and mathematics in an unforgettable way. Create\, learn\, and grow under the stars at Space Center Houston\, with your experience including catered meals\, exclusive STEM programming\, a tram tour\, and general admission. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nIncluded in Overnight Experiences\n\n\n\nTwo catered meals (Dinner and Breakfast)\n\n\nThree hours of STEM challenges designed around current NASA technology\n\n\nA tram tour of Johnson Space Center (weather permitting)\n\n\nA General Admission ticket (can be used immediately before or after the Overnight)\n\nSiblings under 5 are not allowed to stay overnight\, however\, they can participate during the day activities.\nThe Pack will meet at Space Center Houston on Saturday.  The Pack will not be carpooling to this event.\n\n\n\nFAQ: For Scout Overnight Experiences\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat can we expect during the evening?\n\nDuring our Scout Overnights\, scouts will be working on space-related badges or awards. Scouts will be broken out into groups and rotated to various stations in order to complete various NASA-related STEM challenges throughout our center that will apply to their badge/reward requirements. To see more information about which badge/award we are currently going for\, please see the main page for your program. \n\nCub Scouts\nScouts\nGirls Scouts\n\n\n\n\nWho can attend a Scout Overnight Experience?\n\nFamilies involved in any official scouting organization can attend a Scout Overnight Experience. They are also open to immediate and extended family of any scout. Troops\, packs\, and dens can come as a group as well. All attendees must be five years old or older. Siblings who are not scouts will still need to pay the Scout price if they are participating in activities. \n\n\n\nWhat is my role as an adult during Scout Overnights?\n\nYour role as a troop leader/pack leader/parent/guardian is very important during the overnight. During this time\, we all want to be safe. Space Center Houston supports a healthy and inviting environment for all. As we work together\, a strong community develops\, and we look to you to help your child to engage and enjoy the event in a safe way for all. \nAdult chaperones or leaders will be responsible for maintaining your group’s adherence to the program’s guidelines. Violation of these policies may result in removal of the participant from the program. \nPlease feel free to abide by your organization’s policies. We understand and respect that you may require two adults from your troop or pack to go with the groups when they are dismissed and that is completely acceptable. \nLeaders are encouraged to: \n\nParticipate with your camper(s) and enjoy this unique experience together.
